Readme - PiCPro and PowerX hardware support

To support PowerX hardware, older versions of PiCPro (prior to V15.1SP1) have to be updated with new drive firmware and an accompanying parameter (.CSV) file.

Description:

ERROR: Control Response: Hex file too old for hardware. 

FIX: Download and unzip file contents. Zip file contains V4.10 digital firmware and a new parameter CSV file. 

Copy the parameter CSV file to:
PiCProInstallDir / Personalities

Copy the firmware file to:
PiCProInstallDir / Firmware / Digital MMC Smart Drive
